When on the beach, dogs are to be leashed between 11:00am and 5:00pm. Owners are also requested to clean up after their pets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FIRES<\/strong> \u2013 NO FIRES ARE PERMITTED ON THE BEACH AT ANY TIME. Fires on individuals\u2019 private property must comply with Fire Department regulations. Check with the <a href=\"https:\/\/wcfd5.com\/newsflash\/\">Point Roberts Fire Department<\/a>  360-945-3473 (non-emergent)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ROADS<\/strong> \u2013 Residents and their guests should be aware of the large number of children in our community, and ensure that driving speeds are at or less than 30kph. Members should educate their children of the dangers of playing on the roads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>STOP SIGNS-<\/strong>Drivers please observer the stop signs at the corners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PARKING<\/strong> \u2013 To ensure free access for Emergency vehicles, property owners &amp; their guests must park off the roadways whenever possible. This is particularly important on the narrow community-owned roads of Robert Dr., Sylvia, Dr, Crystal Dr. and Holiday Lane.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>POWER EQUIPMENT<\/strong> \u2013 In consideration of others, the use of power equipment (mowers, trimmers, saws, etc.) should be limited to the hours between 10:00am and 4:00pm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>GARBAGE<\/strong> \u2013 Please clean up your garbage when on the beach, bluff and common areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BLUFF<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>NOTHING<\/strong> should be thrown over the bluff for disposal (i.e. no vegetation, trimmings, or any other materials).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BEACH PATH<\/strong> \u2013 All members are encouraged to assist with the ongoing maintenance as they see the need arise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RAFT<\/strong>&#8211; The raft is for swimmers only. If after hours, please leave a message with a phone number where you can be called back.
