Dues for 2020 – 2021

As we will not be having our AGM’s to vote on our dues this year, the Community Representatives have made a decision and lowered the dues to $100.00 CDN for the year.  We will still need to collect dues as during our recent Community Representative meeting, there was a number of projects that need to be attended to.

How to pay your dues

Dues – to be submitted by e-transfers
To set up an e-transfer you will need to use the following new e-mail, and incorporate the question and answer in your on-line banking.

Projects for 2020 – 2021

Water has been discovered pooling on Reserve A in front of Delfs and down Crystal Drive.  Also, water is running down the bluff where some of the pipes have fallen apart.  We would like to set up a committee to look into this project once we get together again. Also, the sloping of the cement path at the top of the beach stairs requires attention.
